Yeong Nam barely made it to civil service level 7. He’s part of the inspection division of a district office which is full of corruption. But he has a warm heart for people, especially Seung Jae and Yungi. His wife nags him but he still has a soft spot for the two juniors.
Yeong Nam discovers some corruption in company bidding and hears an unexpected story. That Seung Jae was involved in the corruption. He confronts Seung Jae and asked him what’s going on and is shocked that he’s involved. He said it’s the only thing he could do stay where he is. When he wouldn’t back down, Yeong Nam steals the bag Seung Jae was holding and runs away.
